  • Communicate shipment status with customers through email and phone
  • Obtain paperwork required for shipment from carriers and customers
  • Resolve shipment discrepancies in real-time
  • Communicate with account managers and operations team as needed
  • Input accurate shipment updates into multiple systems
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented work environment
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Data entry and/or customer service experience
